Washington-based IT consultant Said Daryanavardan tells <b>Radio Farda</b> that to build the infrastructure needed to link all high schools to the Internet would take more than two years. He adds that in addition to buying and installing equipment, such a project requires training for teachers and instructors. (Shahnaz Kamelzadeh, Dushanbe) <b>Sanandaj MP Faults Judiciary on Student&apos;s Bail</b> * Sanandaj MP Bahaheddin Adab criticized the prolonged detention of Behnam Amini, a Tehran University student who was arrested 35 days ago in a scuffle with the police during the ceremony to honor dissident Parvaneh and Dariush Forouhar on the fourth anniversary of their murder. Adab said the 1 billion rial ($125,000) bail is too high for the student&apos;s alleged crimes and way beyond the ability of his family to provide. (Mahmonir Rahimi) . بنفشه اخلاقي، وكيل مدافع 9 تن از ايرانياني كه هفته گذشته در كاليفرنيا توسط اداره مهاجرت آمريكا دستگير شدند، درمصاحبه با راديوفردا مي گويد موكلين او به اتهام تمام شدن اعتبار ويزاي اقامت دستگير شده بودند. وي مي افزايد: ولي بعضي از موكلين او ويزاي كار معتبر داشتند و بعضي براي تهيه كارت اقامت درخواست داده اند و حضورشان در آمريكا قانوني بود. وي مي افزايد: اداره مهاجرت در سانفرانسيسكو كساني را كه ازنظر حقوقي وضع متفاوتي دارند، به اتهام اتمام ويزاي اقامت در آمريكا بازداشت كرد. وي مي افزايد: ماموران اداره مهاجرت با موكلين او به مثابه افراد مجرمي رفتار كردند كه در خيابان دستگير مي شوند و توجه نكردند كه بازداشت شدگان داوطلبانه براي ثبت نام به اداره مهاجرت مراجعه كرده بودند و اغلب داراي تحصيلات بالا و صاحب كسب و كار هستند.
