Iraq will publish evidence of Iran and Syria’s support for Iraqi insurgent groups, Iraqi foreign minister Hoshyar Zebari said in an interview with London’s Sunday Telegraph “Since we started to look at the security situation, we have seen how foreign governments have been helping terrorists,” Iraq’s foreign minister Hoshyar Zebari said in an interview with London’s Sunday Telegraph.
He said his government had gathered information from intelligence services showing support by “some neighboring countries” to the insurgents.
"Why they are doing it we cannot say, but we know where the support is coming from. We have plans to put this before the public within days and it will have substantial impact," he said.
“Iinsurgents benefited from financial support, logistical help and training from “neighboring government agencies,” he added.
