July 22, 2004 - The Los Angeles-based Iranian Society for Human Rights has begun collecting signatures under a letter to UN Secretary General to protest the judiciary’s handling of Canadian-Iranian photojournalist Zahra Kazemi’s death in custody case. The regime tried to whitewash the case by holding a show trial, spokesperson Ali Raji tells Radio Farda’s broadcaster Maryam Ahmadi.
