Iranian President Mohammad Khatami has reportedly invited Iraqi President Jalal Talabani and Iraq's new Prime Minister Ibrahim Al-Jaafari to visit Iran.
Reports say that the officials exchanged invitations in separate phone conversations, but set no dates.
