Russia is determined to speed up its talks with Iran over the resumption of the construction work at the Bushehr nuclear power plant, head of Russia’s Federal atomic energy agency Alexander Rumyantsev said today in Moscow, announcing that in the near future he will visit Iran, but refused to give a date for the visit, which has been postponed several times.
